Church ceiling – plaster fall – an update.  A further meeting took place last Tuesday with our architect and an adviser from a building conservation firm to discuss the option for a tactile inspection of the ceiling to ascertain its condition with subsequent possible erection of debris netting as necessary. Proposals, including costs, for these measures are now being prepared for consideration by the PCC. A longer term and permanent solution will also be necessary. The Sunday 10am service will continue to take place in the chancel until further notice.
